CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We now collect credit card number when booking an appoinment on the phone. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment. A $25 fee is charged for missed appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior. Please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  You can also choose to receive text or email reminders 1 day prior to your appointment in case you need to cancel. We also have voicemail call 231-652-5333 and leave us a message please.

RETURNS:

We have a 7 day return policy on hair products. Hair services are non-refundable.
